As a small business we want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know and we will try to work with you to correct the issue.
We have a 30 day return/refund policy on non-custom product orders. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if any non-custom item isn't returned in original condition.
If you receive an item and it is broken or damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receipt.
We have a NO RETURN policy on custom orders. However, if we make an error on your custom order, we will remake the item at no additional charge. Please double check your personalization to ensure that it is correct before the order is submitted. If you made an error in ordering a custom item and the item has already been made, you will need to purchase the item again with the correct personalization informaiton. We do not send proofs prior to making all items, so the responsibility of correct personalization information when ordering lies with the buyer.
